Delaware-NSF EPSCoR RII Track 1 Competition 2021-2022

In 2022, NSF will issue an RFP for Delaware to apply for the next round of the EPSCoR RII Track 1 grant. The current Track 1 project expires in 2023. The EPSCoR State Committee, with support from the State EPSCoR Office, is responsible to (1) oversee and guide the execution of the EPSCoR RII Project to ensure completion of all commitments on time and on budget, (2)lead and manage the grant renewal process and (3) oversee the operational responsibilities associated with execution of the grant. The new grant will begin in 2023 and run through 2028.

The EPSCoR RII Track 1 grants are infrastructure-building awards focused on a broad area of endeavor that is aligned with the needs of the State. The EPSCoR State Committee is soliciting a call for concept papers for the next Track-1 proposal that utilizes and builds upon the substantial investments in physical and human infrastructure that has laid important ground work over the last 18 years. The concept paper should consist of ten to fifteen pages describing research thrusts that would be applicable for an NSF EPSCoR RII Track 1 project.
